"Tenant First" Leasing

The tenants of an Ensemble project must be satisfied with their facilities or the project will not succeed. And, we base the measure of that success on how well it is leased.

Whether we handle the leasing directly or employ third-party brokers to assist in the leasing of a project, we continue to emphasize our “Tenant First” philosophy. We provide prospective tenants with clear concise lease terms; offer creative structures, when appropriate; coordinate effective space planning to maximize space utilization and minimize cost; and oversee the construction process from obtaining competitive pricing to insuring the timely and cost effective delivery of the suite.

We consider our initial leasing effort just our first step in securing a prospective tenant for a long term relationship and a future renewal.
