Ensemble Delivers Auburn Medical Plaza II in Washington State

AUBURN – Ensemble Real Estate has completed Auburn Medical Plaza II, a $12.9 million development that includes a 41,311 square foot, three-story medical office building and a four story, 304-space parking garage located on the Auburn Regional Medical Center campus.
Tenant build-out commenced October 21st. The property is approximately 75% leased. Over half of the facility will be occupied by Capital Oncology a regional radiation and medical oncology practice. Additional tenants include the Auburn Neurological Institute and space reserved by Auburn Regional Medical Center for a sleep center.
The unique building design includes a 55-foot high sundial etched on the southern exposure, adjacent to the property’s steel-canopied, two-story glass pedestrian entrance on Division Street. The sundial’s steel and concrete face accurately reflects the time. The theme is echoed below in a concrete and glass sunburst pattern outside the lobby doors.
"The building is located in the heart of Auburn’s business center, right next door to the City of Auburn’s office building," said Tracy Altemus, Ensemble’s Associate Partner for Brokerage Services. "The facility is convenient to the hospital. It has more parking than is required and more than any of the surrounding facilities housing medical offices."
Covered garage spaces closest to the building will be reserved for tenant and visitor use at no additional charge. The building includes two separate elevator banks, one of which is large enough to accommodate a gurney.
"We have a great relationship with the hospital, which extends to the relationships they maintain with their physicians," Altemus said, adding that a physician ownership component is likely in the future.
