Ensemble Real Estate was founded in 1989 by Kambiz (Kam) Babaoff, Randy McGrane, and Michael Moskowitz. These individuals share a vision honed over almost 30 years of working together on a variety of unique real estate projects and through every conceivable cycle in the real estate industry. The name of the company, Ensemble, says much about this vision - it's a coordinated effort. And, the fundamentals are simple: work honestly; treat clients, tenants, vendors and employees with respect; accept responsibility for your work; and be fair and equitable to all you deal with.
